Some New Stuff

Here are some rough sketches/designs of potential characters that my buddy Zak Shapiro and I are currently working on in our spare time.  We are both very excited about it and he has come up with some great ideas and concepts every time we sit and work on it!  Looking for ward to getting some animation tests done.  I will post digital clean ups and colors hopefully soon.  Enjoy!!

Been some time

Hi everybody!

Been sometime since my last post and I'm planning on getting better about it. So since the last time I've done this we successfully got our Kickstarter funded thanks to everyone that helped out!!! Im now currently beginning/continuing to get rewards going to everyone.  I have also graduated from Savannah College of Art & Design with my Masters in animation as of June 1st!!! So look out companies, I'm ready to Rock and Roll and ready for that job!!  I have also been in the workings with my buddy Zak Shapiro developing some awesome stuff which will hopefully get posted but not sure yet here.  I'm also going to post a few still images from LIME my thesis film that was completed to give everyone a taste of what it looks like.  Til next time enjoy!

We are in our last week of Kickstarter and are sooo close to making our GOAL!! LIME Kickstarter

Hey everyone!  So this post is about my thesis film here at SCAD.  This film is setting new bars for what talented artists and students can create when working together!  It has been a wonderful process and the crew of about 80 people has everyone working hard and excited!  We are about to finish up animation and then lighting will do the changes/tweaks that are needed and we can begin rendering the film!!! A Graduate Collaborative Film that was completed at the Savannah College of Art and Design in 10weeks with six students working to complete it.  It was completed in Our spring Quarter of 2012 and we are now showing it to the world!! Long Time coming....

It has been some time since my last post here.  A lot has happened some great things and some bad.  Staying on the positive of it all,  The best part my fiance & I recently got married! you can check out her work and blog here: http://mjfillu.blogspot.com/ & http://melissafitz.com/.  I have also started work towards my thesis last quarter and will be finished it by the end of May 2013.  It will be presented in RealD stereoscopic and blending mocap animation along with key framed posed style.  Below are some pieces of art i have been doing the past few days and weeks so please enjoy.  

Oh Fall!

This quarter has been off to a fast start with hitting the ground running.  I've started production with my Thesis "Lime" and started building a Team as well.  Right now consisting of a 3D modeler, Rigger, Producer and some animators.  I'm also repackaging my business cards and my website.  I will also be apart of several productions here at SCAD.  I'm an animator on three different films that are in production which is great.  I am also doing Concept work for my buddy Danesh's thesis film.  Over all this is a busy quarter.  But exciting!
