Doing FX animation

I'm currently working on my friend Chris Fennell's thesis film and I have the privilege to help with the film's monster look development along with the effects for the monster.  Sean Ward is the animator that is doing the animation of the monster and I get to make and create the extra "POP" to it, which has been awesome thus far.  Hopefully I can get some images on here of the FX I have been creating with the animation sequences in After Effects.  Cheers!

Some New Stuff

Here are some rough sketches/designs of potential characters that my buddy Zak Shapiro and I are currently working on in our spare time.  We are both very excited about it and he has come up with some great ideas and concepts every time we sit and work on it!  Looking for ward to getting some animation tests done.  I will post digital clean ups and colors hopefully soon.  Enjoy!!

Been some time

Hi everybody!

Been sometime since my last post and I'm planning on getting better about it. So since the last time I've done this we successfully got our Kickstarter funded thanks to everyone that helped out!!! Im now currently beginning/continuing to get rewards going to everyone.  I have also graduated from Savannah College of Art & Design with my Masters in animation as of June 1st!!! So look out companies, I'm ready to Rock and Roll and ready for that job!!  I have also been in the workings with my buddy Zak Shapiro developing some awesome stuff which will hopefully get posted but not sure yet here.  I'm also going to post a few still images from LIME my thesis film that was completed to give everyone a taste of what it looks like.  Til next time enjoy!

LIME Kickstarter

Hey everyone!  So this post is about my thesis film here at SCAD.  This film is setting new bars for what talented artists and students can create when working together!  It has been a wonderful process and the crew of about 80 people has everyone working hard and excited!  We are about to finish up animation and then lighting will do the changes/tweaks that are needed and we can begin rendering the film!!! Presenting First Bite! A Graduate Collaborative Film that was completed at the Savannah College of Art and Design in 10weeks with six students working to complete it.  It was completed in Our spring Quarter of 2012 and we are now showing it to the world!!
